180 Gram White Chocolate
30Gram Chinese Red Date
15Gram Glucose
Method:
1) Boil cream and glucose together then pour into white chocolates.
2) Thenadd red date and butter and using hand blender to blend well.
3) After piping into heart chocolate shell and keep in freezer for 5mins.
