150 Gram Cream
20 Gram Frozen Raspberry
15 Gram Butter
20 Gram Glucose
Method:
1)Boil cream and glucose then pour all over into milk chocolate and mix well.
2)Then add frozen raspberry into the mixture and blend well.
3)After add frozen raspberry then add butter into mixture and blend well.
4) Then after piping into the heart shape chocolate shell.
